Medicare Marketing Representatives    $40-50 BASE +  VARIOUS  LOCATIONS in PA

 

DUTIES:

 

Responsible for promoting and selling Medicare Assured product by phone, external meetings or in one-on-one encounters in accordance with stated Company goals and all regulatory agencies; responsible for developing well thought out and strategically-targeted presentations to key stakeholders within their assigned geographies; serve as an integral component of the Company’s advertising and Medicare Assured branding efforts by implementing customer focused education programs and promoting overall Plan awareness; field-based Medicare Assured enrollments are to be taken whenever possible and in accordance with CMS marketing guidelines; responsible for the marketing and sale of company's Medicare Assured product within designated service areas.

 

QULAIFICATIONS:

 

Valid driver's license and access to registered automobile required; Must have or obtain PA and/or Ohio Insurance Agent's license; external marketing/sales experience required; extended work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; and Bachelor's degree or six years of progressive experience in sales.

Practice Lead - HMS Product Marketing   $100 – 135K



Location can be remote if located near a major airport.

This job reports to the SVP HMS Sales and Product Marketing

Relocation is negotiable and travel is required frequently.

Job Skills/Requirements:
Working under the direction of the SVP of HMS Sales and Marketing, this position is primarily responsible for supporting the sales and sales support team in growing HMS business by working closely with sales in development of business opportunities. The Practice Lead, Product Marketing for CM and DSM products provides technical and operational product expertise, as well as, industry knowledge and competitive intelligence updates as related to the company’s  HMS services. The Practice Lead, will provide product knowledge in support of all aspects of the sales process as required for the opportunity to include but not limited to: proposals, prospect presentations, and assist with clinical input for product pricing. The Practice Lead, Product Marketing is responsible for collecting and sharing competitive product information, with internal partners; marketing, sales, sales support, and product innovations organizations. The Practice Lead-Product Marketing is the subject matter expert in respect to the product(s) managed for the external market.

Credentials, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum of (8) to (10) years of product experience for either operations management, product development, and/or product management.
A registered nurse license is preferred, but not mandatory.
Minimum of a BA or BS degree with a concentration in marketing preferred.
Expert product and industry knowledge in the areas Case Management and Disease Management products.
Previous experience with presenting to large groups.
Strong organizational, written communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively identify and resolve complex problems working with people within all levels of the organization, as well as, external partners and customers.
Strong business and financial skills necessary to determine profit margins and market pricing.
(3) to (5) years of experience in support of strategic business planning.

Responsibilities:
Partner with sales, sales support and key business leaders in business development strategy throughout entire sales process
Partner with clinical operations and IT/Implementation to ensure the maximum performance of the product in meeting market & client expectations.
Maintain comparative analysis of product gaps, and product enhancements needed to ensure a market leading service offering.
Maintain an up to date competitive library indicating the key features, and market positioning of the company’s  HMS competitors.
Maintain knowledge current with market trends, technologies, competitors, customer base, market size, channels of distribution and market share of product line, and stay abreast of overall care management industry trends.
Product expert ultimately responsible for proposal content in product specialty area, and provide content support for sales collateral & slide decks.
Presentation support for finalist meetings, site visits and other business opportunity related initiatives.

 
Provide oversight and product input to support the company’s HMS Pricing Analyst in creation of Proformas for all new and renewal business deals, to assure targeted margin requirements, as well as, in enhancing current pricing models and development of new models to support new market driven pricing methods
Support the operations, analytics, and sales team with review, and refinement of performance guarantees for new and renewal business opportunities.
Participate in professional forums like (DMAA and others) to enhance the company’s  HMS presence in marketplace.
Work closely with Innovations Group to understand new or enhanced capabilities and assist sales and sales support with the launch of any new product features, or new services.

Medicare Sales and Marketing Supervisor – Central PA   $Base + Overrides

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:   Provides day-to-day work direction and oversight of Medicare Field Sales Representatives who are responsible for sales of and taking enrollments for the Company’s Medicare Assured product.    Executes sales and marketing strategies to achieve established membership and profitability goals.   Oversee field representatives to assure sales performance results are met or exceeded.   Ensures that department policies and procedures are in accordance with Company goals and meets regulatory requirements.   Designs processes to ensure field representatives are compliant with all guidelines and regulations.   Participates in interviewing, hiring, and firing decisions; conducts performance appraisals, coaching, mentoring, and staff training.   Communicates department issues, performance results and goals, with management, as needed; oversees field sales performance results. Effectively plan and organize while working in the field as well as in the office.   Meet appropriate deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Bachelor Degree. Three (3) years of field sales experience. PREFERRED: Masters in Business Administration.   State Insurance Agents License for all states in coverage area. Supervision of a Medicare Sales team.

Market:

-          Selling Care Management Services (Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management, Nurse Line, Wellness, etc…)

-          Target market is large self funded employers >5000 employees

-          Will consult with brokers and consulting firms

Primary Responsibilities:

-          Generate sales revenue as assigned within specific geographic territory

-          Maintain active relationship with key healthcare consultants within territory.

-          Organize and prepare prospect presentations.

-          Assist in the completion of Requests for Proposals with the Proposal team.

-          Complete all required reporting and sales activity data entrees in a timely and accurate manner.

Require Background & Experience:

-          Experience: a minimum of 5-8 years sales within the Employee Benefits, Care Management, and/or Disease Management industry.

-          Education: must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in business or a health related field.

-          Revenue Production: a proven track record of sales revenue production.

-          Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-          Knowledge of claims data analytical tools.

-          Must be a team player

-          Solid knowledge of Microsoft WORD, Excel, Outlook, Lead Management software.

-          Experienced in working remotely from a home office.

DIRECTOR, PRODUCT SPECIALIST    WEST    $100K plus incentive

Provide subject matter expertise in the Indexed Universal Life (IUL) product to all distribution channels. In addition, partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) of selected Regional Life Offices as well as selected other distribution channels to develop and implement a localized marketing strategy to increase IUL sales. Promote IUL product line through effective presentations and meetings across the country. Act as a marketing support and business development resource for the product line within the Home Office.

REQUIREMENTS:
